InstaThink Legal provides AI-powered automation tools designed for law firms. Our current offerings include:

• Waitlist: A pre-launch waitlist for early access to our product
• Referral Program: A program that rewards users for referring others
• Founding 100 Program: Special benefits for our first 100 qualified members

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

When you sign up for our waitlist, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your referral code and for all activities associated with your account.

Our referral program is subject to the following rules:

• Referrals are only credited when the referred person verifies their email
• Self-referrals are not permitted
• Fraudulent or spam referrals will result in disqualification
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time
• Rewards are subject to change and may be modified before product launch

The Founding 100 program offers lifetime benefits to qualified members. Qualification requires either:

• Being in the top 100 waitlist positions, OR
• Referring 25 or more verified users (unlimited slots)

Benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the email address used for registration.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by InstaThink, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to game or manipulate the referral system
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with our Services
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Submit false or misleading information

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSTATHINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InstaThink, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
